What time do I have to leave the room (check-out)?
The time to check-out and leave the room is until 11 a.m.
Can I leave the room later?
Late check-out is possible for a surcharge depending on departure time and availability.
Do you accept pets in your hotel?
We are sorry, but we do not accommodate any type of pet in our hotel.
Can I connect to Wi-Fi?
Yes, it is available for free throughout the hotel.
Is parking available?
Yes, we have parking available for an additional charge of €23/day, subject to availability upon arrival at the hotel.
What are the hours of the water zone?
You can relax in our relaxation area with sauna and indoor pool, from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (adults only after 6:30 p.m.).
What are the entry conditions to the water zone?
Admission costs €12 per person per session, for ages 12 and up. Admission for children (under 12) costs €8 per person per session. Head to reception to book in advance.
What are the rates for children?
Babies from 0 to 1 year old and children from 2 to 11 years old will be considered. Children from 12 years old will be counted as an adult.
Are cots available?
Yes, we have cribs available for free. Request it when you make the reservation. It works under availability.
Can I store my ski?
In winter, if you come to Andorra with the intention of skiing, we have locked lockers to store your snowboard or ski
What are the restaurant hours?
Breakfast: 7:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
Dinner: 7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
