What time do I have to leave the room (check-out)?
The time to check-out and leave the room is until 11 a.m.
Can I leave the room later?
Late check-out is possible for a surcharge depending on departure time and availability.
Do you accept pets in your hotel?
We are sorry, but we do not accommodate any type of pet in our hotel.
Can I connect to Wi-Fi?
Yes, it is available for free throughout the hotel.
Is parking available?
Yes, we have parking with a supplement of €22/day, depending on availability when you arrive at the hotel.
What are the hours of the water zone?
You can relax in our relaxation area with Jacuzzi, sauna and indoor pool, from 4pm to 9pm (adults only from 6:30 p.m.).
What are the entry conditions to the water zone?
Admission is € 10 per person per session, from 12 years old. The ticket for children (under 12 years old) costs € 5 per person per session. Go to reception to reserve in advance.
What are the rates for children?
Babies from 0 to 1 year old and children from 2 to 12 years old will be considered. From 13 onwards you will count as an adult.
Are cots available?
Yes, we have cribs available for free. Request it when you make the reservation. It works under availability.
Can I store my ski?
In winter, if you come to Andorra with the intention of skiing, we have locked lockers to store your snowboard or ski
What are the restaurant hours?
Breakfast: 7:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
Dinner: 7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
